It's been said that we don't know what we don't know. Makes sense.
Because there are lots of ways to achieve the desired end result, it's not always clear which is the best method. Often we just jump in and try to make the best of it. If we're intuitive, or lucky, we may find that an efficient, most productive route to our goals comes easily.
Sometimes though it just feels like there should be a better way. There are so many useful resources on the internet where a "Google" search can provide the answer. We all learn differently. Some prefer to be shown what to do, make notes and ask questions. That's where the knowledge and personal experience of a "technology coach" can be very useful.
